Usage
Using fingertips, apply a thin layer & work outwards in a circular motion on targeted oily/shiny areas of your face (T-zone : forehead, upper lips, nose, chin)
Use alone to only mattify, under foundation to also improve finish & wear, or over foundation for touch-ups
